Since it doesn't seem that our 0.9 blocker bug[1] will be resolved any
time soon John suggested that we unfreeze for the time being. Myself and
everyone I've talked to agree, so we are going to go ahead with it.
Starting today 0.9 is unfrozen (including the strings). This should be
just like the beginning of the 0.9 development cycle except that we are
doing it a second time, and there are no concrete plans of when the next
release date will be. Feel free to suggest and commit new features, and
if there are enough of them we may have a vote[2] like we did last
November.
Winter is over, so lets see those commits start flying again!
