gtkmm 3 on Windows (Win32)

There are now finally official binaries of GTK+ 3 for Windows,
and it seems like there's a good chance that they will be maintained:

So is there anyone here who would like to update the gtkmm Windows
binaries? Presumably these links would be helpful:

However, maybe, like GTK+, we don't want an actual installer anymore. Or
at least, we could keep that for later.
