Two specializations of the template can't be used polymorphically (there's no
base class) so I don't see a real problem with this. Generic use of the types
would be via a template, which would allow use of the templated typename.

Closing for now. But please reopen if you can suggest an improvement. Thanks
for the vigilance.

Install the generated html tutorial. Patch against SVN.

By getting back {,un}install-tutorial rules html tutorial is now installed,
though it seems they are dropped on purpose, but it would be benefit to have
the html version IMHO. Also updated the links to the book in the documentation
index.html.

pangomm-version-fix.patch

Patch to fix all references of version 2.4 to 1.4. Even local path are
handled, which might not be necessary but won't harm to be fixed.

Currently the COPYING file in gtkmm-documentation mentions LGPL-2.1, while the
examples codes are under GPL-2, and the tutorial is under GFDL-1.2 without
invariant section or front/back-cover text. Not a small problem, but trivial
to fix.

Sure. A patch would be welcome. You can see what the files said when it was in
gtkmm.
