gtkglextmm with libglade example - source attached

I've finally managed to get this working. A tar.gz of the src directory
of a simple example is attached. If everything works it will just
display a red window (rendered by GL) with an menu bar above.

The use interface has been created using glade 3.
I've compiled against gtkglextmm 1.2.0.
