It is really a matter of using the packaging system(s) of your Linux
distro(s) of choice, which can mean working with their packaging
communities.

There's also the autopackage project, but I've never used it.

For Windows, it would be nice if there was some deployment how-to, maybe
reusing the gtkmm Windows installer.
