Double clicking a perticular row in TreeView

Hi,

 I am using gtkmm .I need  TreeView in my application. i have created TreeView and  it  contains data. I need like this, if I double click
any particular row in the TreeView then new window should  be open. I do not how to do
this. Is there any signal handler  for this like  button.
