gtkmm-2.2 currently hasn't been ported to win32 yet (to my knowledge). I 
personally don't have the time to do that job right now (I'm writing my PhD 
thesis). In the meantime, you can get my port of gtkmm-2.0 for mingw32 
(gcc-3.2) at
