[gtkmm] gtkmm training sessions

Someone asked me today whether there were any gtkmm training sessions
scheduled in Germany.

I always assumed that people coped OK with just the online documentation
and examples, but I wonder if any other companies are interested in
paying for real-world training? Reply in private if necessary. If there
is enough interest then we could organise something.
