Changes to the build output

Aloha,

I just committed two patches to Glib and Gtk2 that muppet and I have
been working on.  They change the build output of all modules using
Glib::MakeHelper.  Instead of printing overly long command lines, nice
summaries are now displayed.

If you do want to see the executed command lines, use `make NOECHO=" "�.
