Please help me with building perl-gtk on windows

Dear all,

I installed Gtk on windows using binaries provided at
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ but those do not include *.lib and *.h
files required to build a perl extension.
I've asked for those at
http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1411029&forum_id=412898 but
for no avail.

Could you please advice, how people do re-build gtk for perl on windows?

Could you please someone share gtk2 libraries?
