perldoc enum/flags fixed

don't know exactly how i came to the conclusion they were working, must
of been for the set of pages i viewed, but i just committed fixes to
Glib::GenPod.pm that address perldoc's missing enums and (some) flags.
the commit also prevents the property types (enum/flags) of parents from
showing up under children.
