Downloading the latest version of the Tutorial

Looking at the link on http://gtk2-perl.sourceforge.net/doc/gtk2-perl-tut/
that sais I can download a version of the tutorial from here:
ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/tutorial/

It seems the latest version is from October 2002. Is this the same as
the one on-line ?
If not where can I download the latest version of the tutorial ?

It also mentions that the tutorial is packaged with the source code
but I could not find
it in the Perl source code. Am I right that it is only available in
the C source code?
