Gtk2::Ex is the right namespace for your widget.  But why do you choose
Data::Browser?  Is Browser a child of Data?  If not, DataBrowser would
probably be more appropriate.

Either GPL, or the Artistic License, or both.  See `perldoc perlgpl` and
`perldoc perlartistic`.
