RPMs and SRPMs on sourceforge

i hacked up ross' spec files to allow the versions of the gtk libs
included on redhat 8, and built a set of i386 rpms for red hat 8.
the source rpms should still work on any rpm platform.
they're on the sourceforge releases page now. this is the first time
i've put binary rpms up, so let me know if anything's wrong.
