I modified the Makefile.PL like this:

- %pkgcfg = Glib::PkgConfig->find ('libgnomeprintui-2.0');
+ %pkgcfg = Glib::PkgConfig->find ('libgnomeprintui-2.2');

It worked, but the package is still broken:

(cd GnomePrint2 && perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=/usr/local)
can't open maps for reading: No such file or directory
make: *** [GnomePrint2/Makefile] Error 2
