GtkXmHTML is part of the gnome-libs pacakge, and thus the perl bindings
require gnome-libs.
GtkHTML is part of GtkHTML, so download it before trying to install
the perl bindings.  Both are available on gnome.org ftp (stable and unstable
directories)
