show .ifr in gtk window

Hi All ,
          I want to show a .ifr file in gtk window.This .ifr file are one single frame of a video files .the viedo file are the combination of frames .So how I am able to show the single frame in gtk window .If it is possible toshow if yes then how .Please help me .
