Did you read README.win32? It might be partially outdated, but still
give valuable hints.

Which version of the compiler do you indent to use? Do you want to use
the IDE (Visual Studio), or nmake and makefiles?

If you use Visual Studio 2005 and want to use its IDE, have a look in
the build/win32/vs8 folder. It contains some project files that might
even work.
