HI All ,
Finally I Xcompiled pango .
I changed in configure as
     
have_fontconfig=true
have_freetype=true
have_xft=true

And i did configure it showed backend freetype X.Xft.
In make file i added for 
XFT_LIBS -lexpat -lXext        besides the existing ones.
It has compiled perfectly.
