Global Keyboard Shortcuts in GNMOE

Hi,
I need to do something very similar to GNOME's global-level keyboard shortcuts modifier app. (System->Preferences->Keyboard Shortcuts). Hence I want to refer it's code; I checked it's dialog, but it didn't have any About/Credit's put up on it anywhere. Can someone point me to that project's page or it's source?
