GnomeIconList and Drag & Drop

Hi, I know GnomeIconList is not part of Gtk but maybe someone will be
able to help me.

I'm using GnomeIconList widget to display the a list of files, the user
can drag files from nautilus and they are added to the iconlist.
However, I didn't find any way of dragging files from the iconlist. 
Is the actual icons in the iconlist a GtkWidget (in which case I could
use gtk_drag_source_set) ?
Or should I use another widget (like GnomeCanvas)?

Any help appreciated.
