Drag and Drop on win32

Hi!

Does inter-application drag and drop currently work
with gtk-2.2.4? I could not find much information
on that, just some rather old statements from Tor. 

I have tried some simple test programs, intra-
application DnD works fine, but not inter-application
DnD.
