I'm guessing that Aldrey wants help with setting up a cross-compilation
environment.

In other words, he wants to build a windows program, but do all his work
under linux.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to help, although I'm sure it will be in the
archives somewhere (and of course, I could be hugely wrong anyway),
Richard.
