Scrolling GtkLabel's?

Hi folks,

I've noticed that some applications have selectable labels that can be 
scrolled by clicking and dragging.

For example, I'm looking at a link properties dialog in mozilla, and I 
can click and drag the "Address" text, and it will scroll to follow the 
selection.

I'm trying this with a selectable label gtk-2.0, but the text in the 
label doesn't scroll to follow the selection. Is mozilla doing something 
internally to make this work, or am I getting something wrong?
