There's already a "markup" property. Word wrap is more complicated; it
may not be possible without changing how the tree view works. (The
widget probably doesn't consider resizing a column to be something
that would change the column's height.)

You may want to file a wishlist bug on bugzilla.gnome.org about word
wrap.
