I am trying to make  glade 0.5.11 but am having trouble making the .gmo 
files, no rule to make the target.  Anybody have an idea as to a rule to 
be able to make the target or how to turn it off in the configure 
program??  Would prefer internationalization as we will need it in the 
future ...... thanks
