decimal delimiters

Hello, hope this might be right place to ask... Using gnumeric in 
Windows; how would I go about changing the decimal delimiter? My system 
settings are for commas and in this case I'm after dots.
Is there a way to start gnumeric with a differrent locale in Windows?
