Thanks, you are right, maybe configure didn't detect it because in
ubuntu the package is called libgstreamer-plugins-base instead of
gstreamer-plugins-base... Now it compiled fine with the side effect
that my keybindings are shown but unfortunately couldn't test patch
because when I change keybindings with the modified
gnome-settings-daemon running, and then press the new key combination
nothing happens, with any keybinding..., when running the system
gnome-settings-daemon then this works...
