[gnome-summary] arch repo created.

Our arch repo has been created.  However, to be able to access it you
have to supply me with your ssh keys.  

To create such a key:

ssh-keygen -t rsa -b 1024

send the contents of your:
~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub

to me.  Then you will have commit access then.  I will also need to have
a gpg key as well at some point.
