[gnome-summary] arch repository

Sri,

    Would it be possible to get the arch repository up and running for
GNOME Journal by the end of this week?  The stuff to put in it is on
trunks located at /var/www/gnomejournal.  I'm at the point where'd it'd
be awesome to be able to keep track of changes and also have the
distributed repository that is easy for developers to update from.
Also, if anybody wants to help sri accomplish this, that would be
awesome.
