SPR 2007-08-14: Foie Gras (application shell)

Hi,

last week a significant change has been done to the toolbars of Foie
Gras. Yeah, the toolbar seemed a little overcrowded with all those Block
and Inline tag representations. So they were moved to a toolbox-like
sidebar to the right.

Another little milestone was also reached, namely Subversion support.
Note: for both Bazaar and Subversion working properly, you have to add a
local working copy/tree as the location to the VCS profile manager on
the Properties dialog. That means creating patches and committing works
for both Bazaar and Subversion repositories.
