Exactly, because cooker packages are not designed to be
installed/compiled on stable systems.. you have been warned.. And
please, don't encourage other people to do the same, this is a wrong
behaviour :
-when people uses cooker packages, they should update them often, since
cooker is a moving target and many problems are correctly daily. If
people start installing cooker packages on stable system, they'll thing
"I've grabbed this package from rpmfind, it should work" but it might
have bugs which are already corrected in cooker..

-you are doing a bad gift to authors of software, since you encourage
people to use unstable packages.. And there are always people who
complain because they have found bugs in the software, which in fact is
a package bug.. Therefore, original authors are unhappy (they don't want
to deal with packages from vendors) and packagers/vendors are unhappy
too because feedback isn't done to the appropriate channel (ie cooker
mailing list)..

It is not by chance that all distros are freezing their distro and
squashing bugs before release. It is to ensure all softwares provided in
the distro interoperate correctly.. If you start installing
unstable/untested software on your distro, you are on your own.

If you want to "live on the bleeding edge", then either upgrade to full
cooker or compile software directly from source (with all the related
work)..

Or even better, test the beta of your distro to ensure it is ok work
when it will be released as "stable".
