Did you install gnome-pim-1.1.3 and gnome-pim-conduits-1.1.3 ? RPMs
for them are here:

 http://www.gnome.org/gnome-pilot/download/gnome-pim-conduits-1.1.3-1.i386.rpm


Both GnomeCard and GnomeCal conduits are part of those packages and not
included in gnome-pilot-0.1.48 itself. When you install those rpms you 
should get 2 more entries in gnomecc for GnomeCard and GnomeCal conduits.
