Hi Jon

Thank you for the useful URLs! Can we please get these comments into the
files themselves? Check these ones for examples:
http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-backgrounds/tree/nature/gnome-nature.xml.in.in#n50

This way all future translators would be able to see these useful tips
during translation.

I find it unfortunate that we merely get a notification, and not a
string freeze break request (or did I miss it?). And this seemingly
after committing and releasing 2.91.92. Many languages just went from
100% to 47% complete - in other words, a pretty bad regression in user
experience.
