Missing 'cy' identifier in gnome-terminal LINGUAS file

As the Welsh translation team doesn't seem to have any listed committers
[1], would it be possible for someone to apply the patch posted in
bugzilla [2] so that we can have some Welsh translations in
gnome-terminal.
