Brasero string changes

Hi,

I'm sorry for the bad news but we had to change some more strings to fix bugs. That doesn't amount to much but still, there were some modifications done.
As a side note, the manual was also updated.

For all translators of brasero, we intend to release 0.8.2 around the beginning of the second week of September.
