Janitorial tasks

I will be doing some cleanups on Bulgarian translations.
I notice that sometimes I have committed translations with an executable 
flag - I will remove it.
However - there are some instances where there are stale po directories 
that I believe should be deleted. As they are one or two, I will be 
placing bugs in Bugzilla for maintainers to fix.
Has anyone thought of other pending janitorials?
