What I did for my team is:
I got the po-files, checked the names in the heading and then sum these up.
If you do something similar - mind that translators sometimes use
different transliterations of their names in English. They also change
e-mails.
For Bulgarian:
28 people have been active translators since the days of yore (Gnome 1.x
days).
The last edition 2-18 - 4 people contributed quite unequally.
