Problem with commiting gnome-nettool or gnome-2-16 branch

I'm getting a problem when I try to commit updates to gnome-nettool on the  
gnome-2-16 branch:

[dave yggdrasil po]$ cvs commit
cvs commit: Examining .
cvs server: sticky tag `gnome-2-16' for file `ChangeLog' is not a branch
cvs server: sticky tag `gnome-2-16' for file `en_GB.po' is not a branch

Any ideas? This is all that's stopping en_GB being 100% complete!
