Evolution - two more icon changes

Hi,

two more (very minor) icon changes in Evolution:

Bug 467115 – Missing icons for different modules	-> r35937
changed the window icon used for the contact-editor window

Bug 546744 – Use address-book-new icon instead of contacts-new -> r35936
...for the context menu in the addressbook component
