Dear all,
It's quite late, but Gnome Applets has finally branched for gnome-2-18. The
branch was created from an older revision: trunk didn't build anymore
against stable libraries, since the GTK requirements were bumped. See bug
#466220 [1] for more information. Fwiw: it does not seem likely there will
be another release from the gnome-2-18 branch.
So, please update i18n status pages, jhbuild, etc. Thanks!
