UI change in EOG

Hi all,

The following UI changes were made in Eye of GNOME:

- Added a sidebar in main window which will be used by plugins to add
new funcionalities to EOG;
- Removed "Image Collection" tab from Preferences dialog. Image
Collection pane positioning will be a hidden feature.
