[gnome-db] How add a Provider from diferent library

I'm planning to create a Server Provider for GDA from GnuCash's XML
file format or use its API to have an interface to GDA.

Does GDA have a plug-in system to add this provider, install and auto
detect system to have this new provider to be used by a GDA based
application? and How Do it?
