No, the Java Access Bridge for Windows dependency remains, because we 
don't have a supported accessibility API we can use in its place.  MSAA 
doesn't do (anywhere near) enough.  UI Automation isn't here yet, and 
imposes a number of difficult requirements (must be a .NET application, 
etc.).
