I have not heard of anyone using GMime on S60 either, but I would
imagine that it wouldn't be difficult to get it working on it.

If you start working on a port, I'd be willing to review any patches you
have and/or provide some assistance in whatever ways that I can. I don't
have an S60 myself, so what I can do is limited.
