[Glade-users] Glade keeps crashing

So Glade keeps crashing on me lately. It was working until I added a drawing area into my app and now I keep 
getting this in the terminal when I go to open it -does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? 

GladeUI-Message: Glade needs artwork; a default icon will be used for the following classes:
        GThemedIcon     needs an icon named 'widget-gtk-themedicon'
        GtkApplicationWindow    needs an icon named 'widget-gtk-applicationwindow'

/org/gtk/libgtk/theme/Adwaita/assets/bullet-symbolic.svg.
This may indicate that pixbuf loaders or the mime database could not be found.
