[Glade-users] column labels: why no tooltip

Hello all,

I think it would have been very nice to have tooltip support for
column labels (e.g. the
ones of the deprecated "Columned List". Does GTK not support them or does Glade
not supported them. What about in the newer list.

Why would such tooltips be useful. My column names occupy too much space, so I
need to abbreviate them, hence the need for tooltips.
