When I last updated the mirrors, I checked all of them - and this one
doesn't have the 2.8.10 torrent file in
http://mirrors.go-parts.com/gimp/v2.8/windows/

So I removed the mirrors and decided to wait until this one is
available, because I do not want to add potentially unmaintained
mirrors. Apparently it is still missing?
