[gedit-list] new .lang files

Hello,

I have made a new .lang file to recognise PIC16F Assembler. PIC16F is
a family of small mid-range microcontrollers made by the company
Microchip. I think this might be useful to other people programming
these devices under linux so I was wondering how do I submit it?
