[gedit-list] ctags plugin for gedit

Hi Jesse and All,

    I like Ctags plugin for gedit. I download it but it doesn't compile with the last release of Gedit in Ubuntu (2.16.1). I know that you are not developing it any further but, are you thinking in make it compatible with the last release of gedit? Only make it work.

The error is: gedit/gedit-file-selector-util.h: No such file or directory
